Reservation Information 

 

Reservation /Confirmation Info for Your Baja Sea Kayak Adventure 

 
To reserve your space, please contact us to confirm that there is still room in the trip.

Confirm your spot by paying by credit card or by check (see below). Flights to Baja are limited, so we strongly recommend making reservations as early as possible.
 

Deposits & Payments

To confirm your space:          $200 non-refundable deposit (by check or credit card).

90 days prior to departure:      50% of balance due
                                            (*check only, unless other arrangements are made)

60 days                                 Balance due
                                            (*check only, unless other arrangements are made)

Payment can be made by check, money order, or bank wire.
*We can accept credit card payment for deposit only unless other arrangements made.

Trip Information

Upon receiving your deposit we’ll send trip information including a detailed itinerary, gear list, and other useful information. You will also receive medical history, food questionnaire, and liability waiver forms for you to return with final payment.

 

Cancellations
Balance is due 60 days prior to departure and is non-refundable within 60 days of trip departure. However, you may find a suitable replacement for yourself, who could reimburse you, and send us their own medical and liability waiver forms well before the trip. Please purchase travel insurance (see below) that includes emergency medical evacuation to protect yourself.

                                                                                                  

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance covers your investment in case you get sick or have to cancel or your flights are delayed. Emergency medical evacuation covers your return to your home country in case of emergency. We will be traveling in remote areas and Eskape can not assume liability for cost of medical care or emergency evacuation to your home country, nor for any additional expenses from airline delays or cancellation of a trip due to weather or other causes beyond our control.
